in order to carry out the Data Controller's marketing activities for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in terms of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and in accordance with your declarations of intent regarding marketing communications made to the Data Controller. Consents granted for marketing communications (e.g. to send commercial information by email or to contact you by telephone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

The person providing the data has the right to request from the Data Controller access to the data concerning him/her, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The personal data provided are not transferred to third parties by the Data Controller.

The Data Controller stores personal data for such a period as is necessary to achieve the specified purposes, that is:

for the period of conducting the Data Controller's business activities.
